Bin Laden plane crash witness: “It does not make any sense”
The images show the doomed private jet flying low above Blackbushe Airport in Hampshire.
Moments later, it crashed into a ball of flames in front of horrified onlookers.
These pictures were taken by aviation enthusiast Geoff Pierce, 56, who described what he witnessed as “deeply distressing”.
He described how the jet came into land “too high and too fast”.
“I have been an aviation enthusiast for more than 30 years and I have never seen anything like it before,” he said.
“The pilot appeared to make quite a mess of it to be honest. It just does not make any sense.
